A law banning maga hats?


Anti-lynching laws. I have to find a list of states where lynching is legal.

Let me know if you find one. I got all these hats and ropes and bleach and stuff and now the sonsabitches go ahead and make lynching illegal.

It's not about lynching. It'a bout sneaking in federal protected status to LGBT people.

I went to a predominantly black inner city high school. My best friend in college (we were in each other’s wedding parties) is black and grew up in S.E. Washington, D.C. I have never heard anyone express any fear of being lynched. Being randomly shot by a gang member or other fellow African American, yes. Lynching, no.

Incidentally, according to statistics compiled by The Tuskegee Institute, between 1882 and 1968 whites were proportionately much more likely to be a victim of lunching, so why is it more of a hate crime tan any other form of homicide?
