That is undoubtedly true for some but most are totally agenda-driven, though smart enough to theoretically know better. And with no traditional editorial standards and constraints imposed on them, they report everything through that badly distorted lens.

In our standards-free world where page clicks are the only things that matter, lies and hateful rage will get you as many if not more clicks than the truth would.
