Because I have a number of 22 Mag handguns, I wanted a 22 Mag long gun.

The 10/22 rotary mag is a solid design and there is a Savage A22 Semi-Auto in 22 WMR that uses a Savage rotary mag similar to the 10/22 Ruger mag.

It is not black, has no pistol grip and with its decent sized bolt handle looks no more threatening than a 22 hunting rifle. I had some invasive raccoons in Missouri and that was my excuse.

So here you have a 10 round long gun that will fire all 10 as fast as you can pull the trigger. It uses the same rounds as the LCR 22 WMR, the North American Arms Sidewinder tiny pocket gun or any other 22 WMR.

A 22 WMR is loud, out of long gun or mouse gun it is going to make an impression on a person confronted with its discharge. Use the A22 CCI round or the TNT and you will get some expansion even in the hand gun.

The Savage has the Accu-Trigger, I added a bi-pod and a four power scope.

Its fall at 185 Yards is about 3.4 inches and is relatively flat inside of 120 Yards.

Check these out. Identical interchangeable 30-round mags, 22WMR out of a pistol or carbine. The pistol is the size and half the weight of a Glock 19. The carbine weighs like half an AR. As fast as you can pull the trigger, 30X 22WMR.

Kel-Tec PMR pistol, 90 rounds in 30 seconds. Zeri recoil. Virtually point of aim to 200 yards.

They take the same mag. 22WMR. Nasty. No recoil. Accurate. Flat shooting.
