It’s not just the states. One of Pelosi’s things on the agenda is a national equal rights for transgenders. This will not only allow boys to play on girl’s teams in sports, share bathrooms, etc. But will also make it against the law to offer therapy in a non-affirming way to transgenders. (It would be seen as “conversion” therapy, which as you state, is already illegal in many states.)
The Left’s big lie here is that “conversion therapy” is “wrong” and should be criminalized but counseling a child/teen/minor to dress as the opposite sex, encouraging such fantasy, and administering horomonal treatments and even using surgery IS conversion therapy (and it is “sacred” to the Left).
Same with the mentoring/grooming homosexuals do when they “shield” minors from counseling to not “question” or “experiment” with homosexuality.
We were told that homosexuality was about the actions of consenting adults in private. It sure isn’t anymore. And they swore that there was no agenda either.
