The problem is you are fixated on this move. Trump is working on three moves ahead. The Congress has 2 weeks to fix it after the Senate Republicans delivered their ultimatum. When they fail to get it done, he will invoke the Executive Order and the Judiciary, in the form of some idiot District Court Judge will stop him. That will go to the Supreme Court. If he loses that fight, we will have a true Constitutional crisis, but I don’t think that Trump is going to lose.
When you are facing a coup d’etat by the elitists within the Beltway, you have to outsmart them.
He should say that he is declaring a National Emergency and get the funds, if some a-hole in federal court goes against him, at least he did something and tried..take it to the Supreme Court

wow...seems I have heard the “he’s three moves ahead” so many times, yet, we are all in the craper so many times...are any of the deep staters, coup de’tat and other fouls, sulfur smell SOBs suffering a damn thing yet?
