We used to have a wonderful Freeper on here, since passed on, Dr. Raoul...some of you may remember him. (I know you do, Tolerance Sucks Rocks!)
Here he is with the DC Chapter of Free Republic at one of the Washington demonstrations (Might have been the 2012 March on Washington by conservatives?)
In the picture, he is interacting with Leftitsts. He was unafraid, witty, bold, and warm. And he didn't use profanity (that I recall) but could summon up witty sarcasm in his discussions with leftists who wanted someone to bully with their ignorance.
He always rose to the challenge, and we just watched, smiled, and laughed. Good man.
But the thing that to this day that made me laugh about him was right there on his head in this picture. Look closely...it is a Haliburton hat!
He loved wearing it, because it absolutely triggered (nobody used that stupid term back then, but that is what it was) Leftists, and like moths to a flame, they couldn't help themselves. It was as if he used that hat like an Anglerfish, and like minnows, mesmerized by the beacon on the top of his head, would be inexorably drawn to him as unwitting prey.
We all loved him and his hat, and he sported a rakish grin of delight when we would talk admiringly of it and how he used it to intentionally trigger them. I pinged him on this, as I think Jim Rob may have kept his account active out of respect...or at least I like to think so.
