High-ranking FBI insiders are pulling back the curtain on Fusion GPS, the firm that commissioned and spread the bogus Trump dossier.

It appears the embattled intelligence firm was quite busy paying off Big Media reporters, according to federal sources who have traced dozens of transactions between TD Bank and media members as well as media organizations, sources confirm.

But stunningly, Big Media organizations have employed Fusion GPS to dig dirt on politicians and D.C.’s elite — namely Donald Trump.

“Fusion GPS was on the payroll of the media and in turn had members of the media on its payroll,” one FBI insider said.

The next step is to get the names of the reporters on the Fusion GPS/Democrat Party payroll.

The next step, IMHO, is to sue the FEC for existing. The McConnell v. FEC case declared McCain-Feingold constitutional, but that was a 5-4 decision for which we have Justice O’Connor to thank. This article reports actual monetary linkage between journalism and the Democrat Party, and that (which wasn’t a secret to us, except we didn’t know money was flowing back and forth) proves that the government has no business making a decision based on journalistic objectivity. Which McCain-Feingold clearly does - but then, so does a school teaching journalism but sponsored by the government.

My point is journalists are allowed to be Democrats - the First Amendment doesn’t require them to be objective, it requires the government to allow them to be Democrats. Or Republicans, or Whigs, or . . .

The scandal is not that particular journalists are Democrats, the scandal is that anyone thinks anything different because of anything the government does, or abstains from doing. And the biggie is the fact that journalists collude against the public interest, by defining the public interest as what is convenient for journalists.
