Power outage affecting most of the country. Some govt officals are claiming it is due to sabotage. Other reports of significant internet outages/blockages. Timing is everything as I’ve just heard that there are plans for massive protests across the country starting Saturday. Could be cover to disrupt plans - particularly shutting down the internet.
RUMINT - Russia planning to use Cuba as a staging area to supply Madero with arms and supplies if civil war breaks out and Russian cargo planes cannot fly in/out of country.

Pakistan has closed its airspace to commercial planes again. No announcement of reasons.
Venezuela
Power remain out for most of the country. This will be precipating a serious food crisis as frozen products thaw and soon spoil. Additional word is that the rest of the food supply chain is not functional and the country may run out in a week or so. Still hearing of planned protests this weekend.
N Korea
In addition to activation of missile launch facility and uranium enrichment there are reports that NK reactivated an icbm construction facility near the capital last month. More evidence Kim thought he could roll trump.
Israel
