All heck seems to be breaking out. Reports of military defections and massacre orders.
14 civilians reported killed and hundreds others wounded.
RUMINT- Venezuela military may have penetrated a short distance into Colombia and fired on Colombian forces. Madero also threatening to attack aid ships in international waters enroute to Colombia
Sec state Pompeo released a statement that the us will take action to assist the civilians.
