An appeal of what case decision. By a party of what standing? In the face of umpteen congressional statutes authorizing state of emergency power to the President? Who's the harmed party to even bring a case?
 
Well - the invaders themselves. Yeah for real - there's attorneys filing lawsuits making wacky claims about "human rights" of migrants to invade us. Am guessing they're throwing mud in the hope it sticks to a radical judge that will make some kind of injunction out of thin air.

Am guessing they're throwing mud in the hope it sticks to a radical judge that will make some kind of injunction out of thin air.

I'm doubting that would survive a 9th circuit panel review let alone an en banc hearing.

Yes, we’ve gone around and around trying to refute the liberal claim that foreigners have the rights here of American citizens. And hide under our U S Constitution.

Real answer: Get out of our country and apply to come in legally and don’t let the screen door hit you on the way out.
