Ya I hate my Prairie dog chops and coyote steaks all shot up by the 308.
Get one of each and you will be set from chucks to elk.
Reeeeally big stuff will need a bit more power, IMHO.
(This does NOT apply to the .22LR. This is NOT a real ‘gun’, but rather furniture. EVERY home should have at least one for training, practice as well as varmints and such. Rifle, AND pistol of course.)
