LONDON — Four senior retired U.S. military officers on Tuesday blasted a legal ruling backing President Donald Trump's ban on transgender individuals serving in the armed forces as "wrong" ahead of a key decision from the country's top court on Friday.
The officers said a ruling last week by a Washington appeals court in favor of a ban on transgender recruits was misguided and backed an earlier decision that such a policy would violate their constitutional rights.
"The D.C. Court of Appeals made an error when it lifted one of the injunctions that protect transgender members of our military," said retired officers Lieutenant General Claudia Kennedy, Rear Admiral John Hutson, Major General Gale Pollock and Brigadier General Clara Adams-Ender.
"The need for an injunction protecting transgender people who serve their country remains precisely the same," they said in a joint statement obtained exclusively by the Thomson Reuters Foundation...

THere was a lot of turnover of high officers forced by Obama. Are these officers part of the politicized Obama crew?
No trannys in the military! I would not want to have to count on someone who can drop their pants and be uncertain of what they see. Someone wants to play dress-up and flit around like a fairy they need to pick a different line of work.

Most people who were in the military saw people who only wanted to serve, or seasoned veterans who were already nearing retirement and just wanted to get to their 20, get booted for the dumbest of reasons.
Knee get too bad to do a PT test at 18.5 years in even though you have a steady desk job that can allow you to train and mentor younger servicemen? Sorry... That PT test score is more valuable than your career of experience, you’re out.
Express your fustrations in a way that could be confused with suicidal ideations mentioned to the wrong person? Doesn’t matter what you’re going through, you could be out in a matter of weeks if the chain of command is on a crusade to “stop” suicides (which is really a campaign to process out anyone suicidal before they have a successful attempt, not actually help these people)
Bust tape and fail a PT test early in your career? Pass everything else since then? Doesn’t matter, You get on a short list for RIFfing if the chain of command decides they gotta get rid of fat people.
There is, nor has there been a “ban” on people identifying as transgender from serving. There is and should be a ban on indulging those servicemembers from being able to compel the military to indulge their desire to live life as the opposite sex while in uniform and pretend that all of it is normal by doing dumb things like making men take pregnancy tests alongside women pre deployment,
A few (out of no doubt, many) things I don’t understand. How is it that our armed forces got along pretty well without “transgenders” before the last president decided to let them in? Since “transgenders” need medical care to sustain their illusion, why should their needs be accommodated by the military when diabetics’ needs are not? And perhaps more importantly, why are the last president’s executive actions apparently etched in stone forever, but President Trump’s are immediately challenged and over turned by the judiciary?
The left viewed the military as a conservative power base so the went about deconstructing it. Obama did good job didn’t he?

Idiotic. Then again, I’m old school. I thought the military was for fighting and winning wars. To do that requires deployability. Trannies are out of commission at least several months each year getting the treatments they need to go against their DNA and nature.
