By “legitimate” I assume you now understand there is smoke to the fire but you just don’t want to acknowledge that fact. Stop using the hackneyed phrase “fake news.”
That’s a good point. There can be reasonable agreement on if Roberts violated the law. What I’ve read on the subject (from both right and left media outlets) leads me to conclude that he did not violate the law.
I do consider fake news the claims or suggestions that Roberts is gay. That’s often what gets floated around here when people don’t agree with Roberts on a legal decision.
