You are not a criminal for practicing a constitutional right. If these enemies of the USA and our constitution kidnap you under pretense of “arrest” and/or steal your money, that does not make you a criminal but a prisoner of war. A prisoner of war is a “criminal” only to his enemies.

You are a criminal if a court of law says you are. Try using your argument in court and see how far it gets you. Sure, we know it's valid, but if you think a Boulder court is going to let you make that defense, you're deluded.
