Sammy was at the vets this past summer with something in his stomach. He was coughing up blood. They X-Ray his stomach and they determined it was a hair ball. He does bite his hair when he gets very stressed. So we were advised to try and keep him calm...even given nerve pills for him...which we haven't given...and we knew the stinker would eat the tree and who knows what else if its left down and perhaps die. So we have to out smart him. Living outside without claws has really done a number on him.
