Hopefully her sources are wrong &/or Trump has something up his sleeve. One scenario - he gets $1.6 in the CR & then only needs to take $3.4 from the military budget to get to $5 billion.

Or he uses $1.6B for other border security, electronic etc. and uses Army Corps of Engineers to build wall.
I know there’s a lot of what ifs for him because they’d block the wall with everything they have but he knows that.
