So Where's the 302, Bob? Endgame Nears for Mueller
Quodverum.com ^ | Fri, December 14, 2018 | Emparator rex

Posted on 12/16/2018 2:01:35 PM PST by Jet Jaguar

The whiny submission of Mueller's SC to Judge Emmet Sullivan this afternoon, reeks of panic desperation and arrogance. There's also a critical piece of evidence missing. As Rex explains, Mueller can whine all he wants. None of it will wash with Judge Emmet Sullivan, who will now be incandescent with fury.

After reading General Flynn's bombshell pre-sentencing memorandum earlier this week, Judge Sullivan on Wednesday ordered Mueller's team to produce to turn over all of the government's documents and "memoranda" related to Flynn's questioning.

The whiny and petulant response by Mueller and his goons reads more like a press release for FakeNews. In the real world, however, it is damning. Not for General Flynn. It's damning for Mueller's SC, Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok. You could argue that what is missing in Mueller's response, is more important than what's included.

What's included? A self serving, bizarre 302 based on a 22 August 2017 interview conducted by Mueller's SC, of the lamentable Peter Strzok, just days before Strzok was removed from Mueller SC. The 22 August interview is about Strzok's 24 January 2017 interview, with General Flynn. Note - 22 August 2017. Seven months after the Jan 24 interview. Yes. You did read that right. If your reaction to this is along the lines of 'What the Duck?', you're not quacking alone.

Where's the January 302, Bob? Initially, many of us thought this August 22 interview was a modification of an original 302, written after the January 24 interview. That would have been suspicious enough. But the reality seems even worse.

And what's missing from Mueller's response? The FBI 302 of the interview between General Flynn and the FBI's Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka, on 24 January 2017. It seems that a January 302 may not even exist. Look, there are only two alternatives : either there is a 302 of the Jan 24 interview between General Flynn, Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka, or there is not. You would hope that any FBI agent interviewing the NSA of the President, would keep contemporaneous notes and record them in a FBI 302. It's not just because it is FBI policy to do so, within 5 days of the interview. It's because of the importance of the officials involved. As stated, General Flynn was the NSA of an inaugurated US government. But if there is a 302 of the January 24 interview, it has not been produced to Judge Emmet Sullivan. That's very disturbing. It raises the question : what evidence was used by Mueller to conclude that General Flynn lied to the FBI, in his January 24 interview?

Surely not just the word of the disgraced and fired Peter Strzok, seven months later? That's what it looks like. Because if there's no 302, it appears to indicate that the evidence used by Mueller to trap the General, was based on the interview between Mueller's SC and Peter Strzok, on 22 August. This, even though the same Peter Strzok admitted that General Flynn did not appear to be lying, when he interviewed him with FBI agent Pientka, on 24 January. What reasonable prosecutor could possibly conclude, based on that evidence alone, that General Flynn was lying to the FBI on 24 January? None could, except a crooked and inconoetent one. Strzok's word is trash. A competent prosecutor would need more evidence than Strzok's word.

Consider also : none of this seems to have been disclosed by Mueller to General Flynn and his lawyers, during the process leading up to the General's guilty plea. If it had been, would General Flynn have pled guilty? No. Of course he wouldn't have. The General would have told Mueller to go pound sand.

These are police state tactics on steroids, by a rogue prosecutor who is not just crooked, but also incompetent. That's the conclusion Judge Sullivan is likely to reach this evening, as he considers how Mueller's SC has trashed due process, thrown the rule of law out the window and mocked his court. Prediction? On 18 December, Judge Emmet Sullivan will throw this trash case out of court. But I think he's going to go further and ask for a DOJ investigation into prosecutorial misconduct.

And then I think AAG Whitaker is going to fire Bob Mueller and shut this probe down, perhaps on the same day if not soon after. It's a scandal that it continues to exist. What's being revealed here is an outrage. General Flynn will then be cleared and pardoned. And then he will get to tell us all his story. I, for one, can't wait to hear it.

Nothing will happen to Mueller. The judge will get some visits or messages from the deep state to fall in line or he or his family members may have some “accidents”. FBI is more than willing and capable to arrange such accidents.

And why is Mueller refusing to allow Agent Pientka to appear. He wrote the 302 along with Peter Strzzzookk. I believe Pientka may wanna spill the beans and they need him silent.

That’s the next book on my reading list. Just about finished with Greg Jarrett’s book. You could just about attach it to a criminal indictment against the members of the corrupt deep state.

That is Mueller’s biggest fear; answering questions from Judge Sullivan under oath. Violating the Brady rule is a crime, and there is no lawful excuse for Mueller withholding interview notes and original 302. Mueller has been getting away with this shit for decades because he has never really been held accountable. Hopefully, that will change I the next couple of weeks.

You are correct. The efforts Mueller and his “crew” made to protect Whitey Bulger, and keeping proven innocent men in prison until they died in prison, are reprehensible. Hopefully his game is up this time. Perhaps he will turn on Comey, Lynch, and Clinton? Both Clintons.

What you say is true about Mueller. I had a verbal fight with a lawyer from a tall building (largest firm in the state) last Friday. Despite him being 20 years my junior, I decided to respond as WWDJT do? I hand wrote a 5 page letter recapping our conversation (handwritten to eliminate any meta-tags) and I have christened him with my own version of branding. I let him know that henceforth he will ce known as C.A.S. That is Condescending, Arrogant, Stooge. My letter was addressed to C.A.S. He was wanting documents of my client (there is no pending lawsuit) that revealed decisions her brother made. This was 8 years ago. I suggested that any documents were covered by privilege, and he argued with me. I told him the privilege wasn’t mine, it wasn’t his, it wasn’t his client, but it was the privilege of my client and he has directed (with my advice) to invoke it. I told him the 11 years I served on the state Bar’s Ethics Committee when he was in Junior High, gives me direction; not his opinion. I look forward to using C.A.S. frequently in correspondence.

The one thing that confused me about Trey Gowdy is why did he ever state that Mueller and Comey were men of honesty and integrity when their entire pasts were nothing but sleazy abuses while working in the FBI and DoJ. Nothing in their past is commendable. They were up to their eyeballs in Uranium One any many other public corruption scandals.

They have been a tag team where one is working in government while the other is making bank in the private sector mostly getting sweetheart deals with the government for their employers corrupt practices; most often cutting those deals with each other.

I am shocked that their close personal ties are not the subject of more stories. When Comey found out he been fired, his first call on his flight to D.C. was to Mueller; undoubtedly to figure out how to Mueller appointed Special Counsel by Rosenstien. I can’t figure out how I’m the hell Rosenstien still has a job.

The power of the communists Democrats with Mueller at its head will never by destroyed. America is under their control and all we hear is talk talk talk from Trump and the Republicans. Evidence, the last two years have been what? Jail still empty with the corruption and will remain empty. Nothing this Judge will do will change anything. Have lost faith in America.

Let us pray that this happens.

I have always thought that Trey Gowdy was giving Mueller and Comey the benefit of the doubt knowing of their reputation. That is the trust but verify side of his lawyer training. Most likely he would not have ever had to drill down on the character issues of both, so he took the opinions of others. I would be interested to know what he thinks now.

As it is said in the investment world, past performance does not predict future results. I believe that Gowdy was looking at what he had heard from others about the stellar side of both Mueller and Comey. But I would hope that now he is questioning both. He is not the type of individual that will run to a microphone to trash Mueller or Comey. He will keep his powder dry.

But, maybe I am making the same mistake with TG.

I read an article this morning that suggested that the reason that PDJT doesn’t unclassify the requested documents is because the tentacles of FISA abuse and the intricately involved deep state would collapse the government if the public were to become aware of the abuses since the Patriot Act. It was made by a person who had experience with the NSA and CIA.

Remember that Flynn, when entering a guilty plea, said something along the lines of pleading guilty because the stress and hardship on his family. He also said that he had a story to tell, and he would tell it at the proper time. The thought by the operator was that the NSA and Deep State is making Flynn an example of how they can “roll” a good man. Their focus is not on PDJT, it is on preserving the illicit, corrupt culture that they crave by demonstrating the power they exert.

Keep your powder dry, my Friend. We just may have us a shooting civil war before too long.

If the House attempts to impeach Trump, there will be a revolt and the millions of Patriots storming the halls of Congress will not be going unarmed.

The Patriots in the State of Washington may be storming the Washington State Supreme Court in the Not too distant future.

I think Trump hasn’t released the FISA warrants is because the deep state has so much dirt on him that they would disclose if he did release them and they have told him as much.

If true that’s pretty selfish because our our Republic will be gone by then and we need the info out yesterday to stop the sedition and Treason - thought TRUMP bbetter than that and still do but wondering why he is keeping the power dry since the elections could have gone the other way if he had and to get these SOBs into gitmo or dead asap is warrented ASAP!

You summed it up. I’ve thought lately of Paul telling the Thessalonians that he had tried to come and see them “but Satan hindered us”. We have to accept that our God ALLOWS this for reasons known to HIM. Though He slay us, yet will we seek Him (Job) and let God be true though every man a liar (Paul).

As Americans, though, we want it fixed YESTERDAY!

I don’t the populace would give a rip about anything Trump may have done in his past. All I know is that at some point in his life he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior and no real believer in Jesus Christ and the Bible will hold that against him.

Trump has done nothing as bad as King David, Saul/Paul, or any of a number of the warrior kings in the Bible.
