At best, this guy might have complete statistics for maybe twenty ‘westernized’ countries, and he should have just stuck to what you could analyze and not try to make it a world-type study.
Even the countries that keep reasonably good records have different standards of record keeping and different definitions of “mass shooting” and other criminological terminology.
