Reminds me of what happened in Tiananmen. Local police and military refused to push the protestors beyond a certain point. So the Commies brought in military from outside Beijing and literally crushed them under their tank treads.
Well no ...it has actually been the French people pointing out the use of ‘military’ vehicles on their streets with the EU symbol. They were not happy.
I think that’s quite possible....and possibly why he brought in the EU vehicles as he did. HE’s been doing a lot of talking about a European Army of their own over there. This might mean a preview of that.

Someone should arm the “unwashed masses” with AR15s, M16s, M4s and even toss in a few old WWII BARs and Garands, then sit back and pop some popcorn.

I was paying close attention to the videos of these tanks yesterday and heard one policemen get out and speak a harsh guttural language. He was in a French tank with EU flags on it.
I commented "I hear German?" and got several likes.

The French have a long history of military styled, police riot vehicles going back to the 1960s. Still, having the EU flag on them doesn't help.
I'll admit I have a love-hate relationship with Gateway Pundit. They are times when they research everything and spell it all out. Then there are the times when a five minute internet search is too much for them.
