Thankyou for an excellent comment. There are about six threads on President Bush’s death and I cannot stomach the vitriol expressed by some FReepers. The hatred has no place on a Christian forum.
Amen......this is the only thread I clicked on because I know what to expect and it's sad.
Christians are to be as wise as serpents and as meek as doves... meaning, we are to know and expose evil when we see it, while trusting that “vengeance is Mine, saith the Lord”.
Explaining the facts about the Bushes’ history is what Christians are SUPPOSED to do.
For example, that H.W.’s father financed Planned Parenthood with Margaret Sanger, while his son, George W. Bush funded Planned Parenthood for the entire eight years he was in office.
Facts shouldn’t bother FReepers. Or free discussion. Christians are to expose evil and warn others of what they know, lest God holds them responsible.
My prayer is that the Bush family truly finds Christ, each and every one.
