That’s not an answer to the question. How many Obama appointees would you characterize as “good guys”?
If you think about it carefully, you’ll deduce that Obama’s task is a sort of inverse vetting. Meaning he would have to identify in his appointees a positive correlation with deep state tendencies. But if you’re able to think even more carefully, you’ll see that there would be a good chance of false positives. Think mathematically.
