I don’t get it either.

To make a “due process” argument would require starting from the position that there is a Constitutional right to report from the White House. There isn’t.

Even if there were, the courts have long held that the government can place reasonable restrictions on time, place, and manner.

I would really like to know this judge’s “reasoning”.

Ultimately, it won’t matter. President Trump is doing the right thing, preparing formal guidelines for reporters granted the *privilege* of entering the WH.
