You discredit yourself because you are posting pictures of an AR-9 SBR but you comment that you want an AR-9 pistol. Full stocked firearms with barrels shorter than 16 inches or overall length less than 26 inches are classified SBR’s and require the Form 4 and a six month minimum waiting period minimum before you get the tax stamp.
