“Will you eat a Thanksgiving “feast”?”

Turkey is not fattening. You can eat as much as you want, just don’t eat much dressing and mashed potatoes.

Thankgsgiving just has to be a cheat day, no matter how vigilant you are.
Dressing and mashed potatoes are so good. Also cranberry sauce is loaded with sugar. Squash by itself isn’t too bad but most squash recipes are sweetened.

And then.... don’t forget about the pumpkin pie! Common!

For Thanksgiving, I tend to stick to the foods that we don’t have very often: Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, some sweet potatoes, sometimes a fruit salad. I am not a great cook, but like to make Thanksgiving dishes “from scratch”.

But it sounds like you are doing very well with your food choices and diet!
