Based on what we know it seems like an appropriate shooting. If some would search the Internet they would find that a judge lawfully issued the order based on a complaint from the mans sister. The police involved acted appropriately based on what I have read.
The larger questions are whether or not the law is appropriate and what are the standards necessary for the issuance of such an order, in other words did the court act appropriately. There is nothing that I can find as to why the order was instituted by the judge.
An order from the courts based soley on one testimony (sister in this case) with no due process or the man being able to defend himself in front of a jury of his peers.
Seems to me that this is outrageously unconstitutional.
Please provide more information. There is no way to know how many issues and estrangements brothers and sisters have at any moment across the country. I imagine many siblings go to their graves after decades of not even speaking to each other. So how difficult is it in Maryland with its new law to setup an assassination by Cop?
