I am an alum and former employee of the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ).... It wasn’t until I became radicalized in college that I could unlearn the Zionism that was entrenched in every Jewish institution in which I had grown up — the synagogue, Sunday School, summer camp, and youth group. Now, it seems so glaring, the largest hypocrisy in the Reform Movement’s campaign for Gun Violence Prevention: the gun violence committed by the Israeli colonial project against Palestinians....
