You say in your video you avoid carbs. What carbs? Breads?

Yes, I avoid bread but I avoid other foods chock full of carbs as well. I use Crave Stop which is incredibly effective in stopping my carb cravings. I was sure it worked when, shortly after I started taking it, my wife cooked up a bunch of carb-laden arepas. Normally it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to resist them but when I was able to pass on them, I knew the Crave Stop was working...and has continued working since then (early July).
