I am with the family lawyer on this one. He does not. He is somebody’s patsy.
Marinus Van der Lubbe carved out a place in history, as the person accused of setting the Reichstag Fire that ended up consolidating Adolf Hitler’s grip on the reins of government in Germany in 1933.
By all odds, the semi-literate Communist agitator from Holland was not all that smart to have done it by himself, and in fact, he was held responsible along with four other “collaborators” that were also framed for the act of arson. But Van der Lubbe was the only one executed for the crime, which was never conclusively proven to be the work of the “conspirators”. The German Communist Party was driven underground, though, so mission accomplished.
A false flag with the intent of shifting the blame on the opposition is nothing new in the history of mankind, and similar operations have been used with great effect by persons of a tyrannical frame of mind.
