I run a rental business. When the checks were sent is an important issue. It’s amazing how many of the letters arrive with no postmark, or with an illegible postmark. The quality of USPS service is not what it used to be and they don’t care.

If it is a major facility perhaps it also had surveillance cams. And if so the Feds are checking the files.
