Mexican authorities gave little resistance to the migrants invaders who crossed the border from Guatemala into Tapachula, Mexico last (Sunday) night. The horde actually increased in size to number over 7,000.
Worse still, a second caravan has formed, numbering more than 2,000 people, who left Honduras and were reported to be approaching Chiquimula, Guatemala on Sunday.

On foot the trip should take 60 days minimum. The first caravan left on the 13th of October, the second a week later. Yet I fully expect the Thursday or Friday before Election Day the caravan will magically arrive at the border. Maybe not all of them but women and children will be there. It's very important that the weekend news cycle be dominated by media images of screaming toddlers and their crying mothers as Border Patrol agents separate them from each other.
This crap is so scripted, it's ridiculous.

How much would 9,000 unskilled migrants cost the US if they are on welfare and other programs for most of their lives.
$100,000 per for all of the free social programs? Could be higher. Maybe more like double.
Anyway, lets use the $100,000....
$100,000 x 9,000 = $900,000,000 or close to $1 billion.
This is not insignificant and that $1 billion could be spent on American citizens.

*Sigh* Sorry, but 2 wrongs don’t make a right.
Theft from one to ‘give’ to another (be that “migrants” or Citizens) is still illegal\immoral\Unconstitutional.
Army on the border. Complete total border shutdown.

If we had had a patriot for President that would have happened on 9/12/2001 and they would have stayed until a barrier was built.
Instead we had a Bush.
Why did this administration not learn their lesson the first time this happened? Doing nothing or showing weakness enables the left. Are we to dumb to think of the utter disaster in so many respects of 10,000 illegals crashing our border?
Oh well... you know what they say about the construction codes in Mexico...
Close the border, especially to commercial trucks entering the U.S. The Mexican economy will be screaming bloody murder within days as the peso plummets.

Yup
I would hope that these people would try to become productive citizens but I am very concerned that they will be a massive group of welfare recipients and may never become self sufficient.
