If it was over whether she was legally a Native American, she loses because between 1/64 & 1/1,024 is far below the minimum standard for any recognized Indian or federal group, agency or programs. Most tribes requite between 1/4 & 1/16 and no body requires less than 1/32.
And even if it was over whether or not she has any Native American indigenous ancestry, she loses because the test she took (See below)measured for Latin American indigenous ancestry.

His quote actually was (paraphrasing) “if she proved to be Indian”. This test did not prove her to be Indian at all, just the opposite. Most Americans who have not benefitted from Affirmative Action have more Indian blood than she does.
