The gas stations I frequent have as choices:
1) 87 octane E10
2) 89 octane E10
3) 92 or 93 octane E10
4) 88 octane E15
5) Unrated E85
6) Diesel
Some also have
7) 87 octane gasoline (no ethanol)
FWIW, and IMO, the E85 performs like it’s about 93 octane in my Ranger.
1, 2, & 3 come out of the same nozzle. The other options each have their own nozzle.
Wow, lots of choices. Maybe I’ve just been oblivious but I’m not aware of any E15 being offered here in Texas. Maybe it’s just offered in the northern climates?
