Just explain to them that first, Judges Kavanaugh and Obama's appointee Merrick Garland both served on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and agreed on virtually every case that came before them with the exception of three.

Then point out to them that the issue of R. v. W. was the contentious argument against every single republican appointee since it's inception and R. v. W. is still the law of the land........And will likely be so long after we die.........
