Granted, there might be a few differences if Soros and his Open Society Foundations didn't support and fund them, such as:

• There would just be far fewer of them
  
  
• They would have to save up their own pocket money to spend instead of having it handed to them as they get off a bus.
  
  
• They would have to provide their own lunch like conservatives
  
  
• They would have to have grassroots coordinators like conservatives
  
  
• They would have to arrange and pay for their own protest permits like conservatives
  
  
• They would have to transport themselves to protests like conservatives
  
  
• They would have to create their own signs like conservatives

Kind of reminds me of that scene in Band of Brothers right before Easy Company comes across the Nazi Concentration Camp:
