All members of President Trump’s “potential SCOTUS nominee” list should form a “union.” They should commit in an open letter to the Senate that any future Trump SCOTUS nominee will:Basically, state that the 20th Century innovations in the confirmation process are no longer applicable. And that any Trump nominee - because of the solidarity of any possible replacement - is able to demand respect from the Senate and the Judiciary Committee. Almost as if he were already confirmed.
- not visit any senators.
- not meet with any committee of senators.
- not appear on TV (with the president or otherwise). And,
- withdraw his name from consideration if the Senate or any committee thereof discusses the nomination on TV.
I wonder what the statute of limitations is on *sexual assault*.
I thought there were lots of priests not being investigated because of the time lapse involved before the victims spoke up.

From now on, I would declare, all SCOTUS Nominees can be approved with a 3-Senator vote.

Three Senators are all that shall be required to approve a SCOTUS nominee.
