Polygraph tests are inadmissible in court. We have no idea of the reliability of this one. But it is the one and only piece of evidence outside of he said/she said. I never said it was a particularly good piece of evidence, only that it is something that indicates she isn’t intentionally lying. Being wrong isn’t the same thing as lying. I think she is wrong.
And his very good character and reputation is the only evidence on his side of this dispute, and I think that outweighs the polygraph test based on the 36ish-year-old repressed memory. He has zero pattern of abusive behavior in his adult life.
She is either deliberately lying or too mentally unbalanced to know what the truth is.
