Time to start purging a lot of departments.
Criminal investigations need to be running 24/7 in DC and also at the State and local government levels as well. These infestations are everywhere no doubt.
Start sending these corrupt liars and leakers to prison and I bet many will think twice before betraying their country and the taxpayers.
These people believe there is no penalty for their actions and that belief probably began in the government schools.
At this point, it seems the only way to save the Constitution would be for Fed.gov to go bankrupt.
