I bet most people don't even know Obama is a cigarette smoker. Maybe that should be part of his description - former president and lifelong cigarette smoker Barak Obama ... hmm thats kinda of wordy though - smoker, Barak Obama perhaps is easier.
For a healthy percentage of liberals cigarette smoking is one of the worst thing you can do. Its morally reprehensible.
