Using a Mozart comparison just reinforces my point that this person is probably not ready yet.
But, I am a better judge of telephony talent than appellate judge talent. I would probably not hire a manager with just seven years of experience. That is what I am basing this on.
It really depends on what that seven years consisted of.
Really? You wouldn’t hire a manager without at least 7 years experience? Then you’d likely be missing on a lot of top managerial talent, since they tend to get promoted onto that track much sooner than 7 years in.
