How can you say that the Apartheid government was a “ soft fascist state” when millions of non whites were forcibly removed from their homes by the government?
Because a hard fascist state builds death camps and murders 6 million people in them. SA didn’t exactly rise to that level of evil.
Doesn’t make what they did do OK. Not all evils are equal.
