Probably 1863. There is an expanding program successfully launched by Virta Health.

Ignore the media static from the recent study from Havard and published in the Lancet. The director of the study was Willet. He was a fellow traveler with Ancel Keys. The one that gave us the epidemic of Type II.

The Virta program is especially effective for Type II, and somewhat with Type I.

Finally, I'm not going to answer the idiot freeper who uses Dr. Google. Please learn the difference between exogenous and endogenous. Your advice is murder.

Be suspicious if you are resistant to insulin and someone prescribes more insulin. More insulin creates even greater insulin resistance. Best.
