A single mom, too young by the law of that day to confer her citizenship upon him. Now, if his father really was Frank Marshall Davis, as many proposed, then he would be a citizen, but probably not one electable outside of Chicago.

Then, why, in Obozo’s case do we have all the deception, lies, and subterfuge? Being born an alien and never naturalized is a fraud still being perpetrated on the American people. We know his phony dad was not a citizen and his supposed mother was too young to confer citizenship on a foreign born child. So, what you have is a usurper, an illegal alien, who is still pretending he was a lawful president and now enjoying, at taxpayer expense, all the vestiges of a former president.
