Hunter was the legislator who got the ‘Secure Fence Act’ passed in 2006.
Then W and his ilk defunded/gutted it Christmas Eve just before midnight.
I recall your Sen. KayB-H was a part of that effort to quash the fence.
She’s gone now, though they do name things after her for some reason.
