Any recording in a SCIF has always been illegal.

It is when it’s in a SCIF. I don’t care WHO you are. Had I done this, charges would have already been filed. That’s a FACT. I will lose A LOT of respect for the president if this Whitehouse doesn’t pursue charges. It will also make them hypocrites. You can’t go after one group for not obeying the laws (emails and classified leaks) and allow someone else to record using their personal phone in a SCIF. Everyone who has ever dealt with classified information knows that that is illegal. Even lower level secured areas are off limits to cell phones, like command posts and AOCs. SCIFs? She belongs in jail and Trump better make sure she sees it.
