A few months just before the last election, I thought Bill Clinton was on his way out. He looked awful and kept zoning out in public. Remember Bill’s dozing off at Hillary’s Acceptance Speech for the Nomination? Tim Kaine sat next to Bill, and tried to block the camera’s view. People were whispering Alzheimers or Post-Stroke at the least.
Then, a few months after the March of the PusyHats, Bill Clinton resurfaced, looking, if not exactly ‘healthy’, looking better than he had in years.

In my old age i have found out that there really are coincidences.
The problem with thinking that there are no coincidences, or that people dont really die everyday from brain hemorrhages is that everything thereafter becomes a conspiracy. That is an unpleasant and unhealthy worldview.
Having said that i have no doubt that intelligent services, particularly russian and chinese and probably us as well have the ability to kill people and make it look natural.
Just keep in mind Occams Razor. The simplest explanation requiring the least number of assumptions is probably correct.

Couple of details for you
- “no coincidences” is a rallying cry against media lies. It’s not meant as an absolute.
- Occam’s: it’s a pithy and popular saying, but very subjective and unproven. Maybe the explanation with the biggest signal to noise ratio is true.
