How was he able to climb a 30 foot sheer wall?

Obviously this wall model is flawed, and should no longer be considered.

It has bollards that go about 2/3 of the way up. I suspect that he climbed one of them and threw a rope with a grappling hook to the top to defeat the anti climbing top of the barrier. Need to make the top of the barrier a large diameter spinning cylinder with no grab points for grappling hooks. Of course, if he got a climbing rope to the top of the barrier, why not jut attach the rope at the top and climb down with it?
