A women’s studies professor predicts President Trump’s supporters, whom she calls “overt racists,” will “provoke violence” when Trump leaves the Oval Office – even if it is after two terms.
Julie Novkov, chair of the political science department at the State University of New York at Albany, concludes in a recent article for New Political Science that Trump supporters having political power is “dangerous.”
She defines core Trump supporters as overt racists who view immigrants, blacks, Muslims, and Jews as “enemies of the American state” and are “particularly inclined to embrace propaganda."
The public university professor argues there are no good options for the country with Trump supporters in power.
“At best it might shift some areas of the country back to the political configuration common in some areas of the American south in the 1920s,” she wrote, “when gaudy populist racism vied with conservative, racist legitimation projects for hegemony entirely within the Democratic Party.”
The alternative, Novkov argues, is that Trumpers “could provoke violence and place the nation in the position of having to engage in its violent suppression.”
Whether it is impeachment, resignation, failure to win re-election, or death, Novkov believes Trump supporters will riot when he leaves office....

YET, in spite of the addition of Obama's attack on the 'bitter clingers', how many unprovoked acts of violence from militia and veterans did we see in those 8 year? By saying 'unprovoked', we remove almost everything citable by the LEFT. On the other hand, even in the most (gag) progressive Presidential Administration to date, acts of unprovoked violence from the LEFT were frequent and increased even as Obama lowered the rise of the sea levels!
This meaningless academic (but I repeat myself) should be stoppered as an unlicensed emitter of pollution (CO2 and other things).

On a bright note, then the solution is to tell her than if she really believes this, she NEEDS to vote for Trump in the next election to keep the violence from spreading. Otherwise, we can blame them for inciting violence by voting Trump out of office.
When Trump leaves office, Trump supporters will be physically attacked by Democrat bully boys.
Or rather I should say putative Trump supporters, including anyone else they happen to dislike for whatever reason.

If President Trump is impeached simply to overturn the election, or if he’s otherwise removed through any mechanism other than a free and fair election or the expiration of his second term, there is a good chance this woman is correct. This may even be the first time in her life that she was right.
