I used to be a PC user, but that all changed about 3 years ago when I went Apple. I love my Apple iMac and my Macbook Pro. Haven't had much in the way of problems, and Apple support is great.
My Apple Care on both my computers expired a long time ago. Thankfully I have an authorized Apple dealer where I can take them in if the need arises. Knock on wood, since 2011, I only had to have work done on the laptop, and that was about a year ago.
