Yes, I had several victim’s rights advocates and they were extremely helpful. Like today I woke up and called all the numbers that I needed to call to get my car and keys back ... and they helped me get home at 11:30PM last night. They are a great volunteer organization.

I was freaking out a little for you...you were concerned about getting your car back. I understand how not having your transportation available to you can be stressful. Glad to hear you’re doing well!
I’m glad you got in your home. I couldn’t get in my apartment after the shooting I was in. My purse was still inside the building and my car was in the parking lot and part of the crime scene. I couldn’t get hold of my landlord to let me in. I had to stay at a friend’s and didn’t have clothes to change to.
