No statutes of limitations on murder cases. But this case is pretty cold.
If this were against us, there would be a million stories that “Clinton DENIES murdering Vince Foster!”
They just write one story with the accusation, then another bunch of stories with the suspicious denial.

But it may not be as cold as you think. Once you know it's a homicide, there are certain suspects that come to mind, most of whom are still alive.
